Guhunga ibyaha bisobanura kuva mu bishuko no gushaka gukiranuka. Dore inzira icumi zishingiye kuri Bibiliya zagufasha kwigobotora ibyaha.

Nk’uko Bibiliya ibivuga muri 2 Timoteyo 2:22, “Hunga irari ribi ry’ubusore kandi ukurikire gukiranuka, kwizera, urukundo n’amahoro, hamwe n’abatabaza Umwami bivuye ku mutima.”

Bibiliya itanga ubuyobozi ku buryo bwo guhunga uburetwa bw’icyaha no kubaho ubuzima bukiranuka. Hariho amahame n’inyigisho zitandukanye zishobora gufasha mu kuyobora abantu mu rugendo rwabo rwo kwigobotora icyaha. Dore intambwe icumi, zashinze imizi mu mahame ya Bibiliya, zishobora kugira uruhare mu guhunga icyago k’icyaha:

 1. Menya kandi wemere icyaha: Intambwe yambere ni ukwemera ko hariho icyaha mu buzima bw’umuntu. Ibi bikubiyemo kuba inyangamugayo no kwemera amakosa n’ibice by’ubuzima bidahuye n’amahame y’Imana (Abaroma 3:23).

 2. Kwihana: Kwihana by’ukuri bikubiyemo kwatura bivuye ku mutima ibyaha no kwifuza bivuye ku mutima imbabazi z’Imana. Bisaba guhindura umutima n’ibitekerezo, gusaba imbabazi z’Imana hamwe n’abandi bagize ingaruka kubikorwa byacu (Ibyakozwe 3:19).

 3. Shakisha imbabazi z’Imana: Kwaturira Imana ibyaha no gusaba imbabazi zayo ni intambwe y’ingenzi. Bibiliya iratwizeza ko niba twatuye ibyaha byacu, Imana ni iyo kwizerwa kandi ikiranuka kutubabarira no kutwezaho gukiranirwa kose (1Yohana 1: 9).

 4. Kuvugurura ibitekerezo: Guhindura ibitekerezo byacu ni ngombwa muguhunga icyaha. Ibi bikubiyemo kwibiza mu Ijambo ry’Imana, kwemerera ukuri kwayo guhindura ibitekerezo byacu, imyifatire yacu, n’ibikorwa byacu (Abaroma 12: 2).

 5. Emera imbaraga z’Umwuka Wera: Umwuka Wera aha imbaraga abizera kubaho ubuzima bwubaha Imana kandi butanga imbaraga zo gutsinda icyaha. Kwemera ubuyobozi bwa Roho Mutagatifu no kwishingikiriza ku mbaraga zayo ni ngombwa mu guca ukubiri n’ingeso z’ibyaha (Abagalatiya 5:16).

 6. Hunga ibishuko: Bibiliya idutegeka guhunga ibishuko no kwirinda ibihe bishobora kutuyobora mu byaha. Ibi bisaba guhitamo neza no kuzenguruka hamwe n’ingaruka nziza zidufasha guharanira kwera (1 Abakorinto 6:18; 2 Timoteyo 2:22).

 7. Kubazwa hamwe n’umuryango: Kuzenguruka hamwe n’umuryango w’abizera bashobora gutanga inkunga, gutera inkunga, no kubazwa ni byiza. Kugabana urugamba, gushaka inama, no kwakira amasengesho kubandi dusangiye ukwemera bishobora gufasha gutsinda icyaha (Yakobo 5:16).

 8. Itoze kubaho mu buryo bwo gusenga: Kubaho ubuzima bwo gusenga bikubiyemo kubaha no guhimbaza Imana mubice byose by’ubuzima. Binyuze mu masengesho, guhimbaza, no kuramya, duhindura ibitekerezo byacu kuri twe ubwacu no ku byifuzo byacu by’ibyaha ku Mana, twemerera ukuhaba kwayo kuduhindura (Abaroma 12: 1).

 9. Itoze kwifata: Gutezimbere kwifata ni ngombwa mugukuraho icyaha. Ibi bikubiyemo kwiga kugenzura ibitekerezo byacu, amagambo, n’ibikorwa byacu, no guhitamo buri gihe guhuza n’amahame y’Imana (1 Abakorinto 9:27).

 10. Komera kandi wishingikirize ku buntu bw’Imana: Gutsinda icyaha ni urugendo rw’ubuzima bwose. Mu nzira hazabaho ingorane no gusubira inyuma, ariko kubwo kwizera, kwihangana, no kwishingikiriza ku buntu bw’Imana, dushobora gukomeza gukura mu gukiranuka no gutsinda intsinzi ku byaha (Abafilipi 3: 13-14; 2 Abakorinto 12: 9).

 Ni ngombwa kumenya ko inzira yo guhunga icyaha ari urugendo rwa buri muntu ku giti cye, kandi izi ntambwe zikora nk’amahame rusange aboneka muri Bibiliya kugira ngo ayobore abizera gukurikirana kwera.
